WOD: 5RFT
- 7 cleans
- Plank and drag out
- 200m
- Plank and drag in

Weight: 95lb, 35lb
Result: 12 min cap. Then I finished. Maybe 14ish min?
Notes: Plank was slow. Run was kinda slow. Cleans were alright. Not wonderful. My butt hurts. Cheeyyaaaa :)
