WOD: Cindy has the runs

- 5 pull ups
- 10 push ups
- 15 air squats
- 200m

Specs: purple, row
Result: 9 5/10/15/50 (finished row, though)
Notes: Did better than I thought! especially with rowing, since that always takes longer.
