Notes: Supposed to be burpee over bar and double unders x3, but no jumping for little miss broken foot :) Awesome workout, killer class, fabulous facility. I'm a little off balance b/c all the foot/leg issues recently. This next week of mostly rest should be good for me! Although I will probably work out any way :P
