6pm Class at CrossFit Kryptonite
WOD: For total reps + run time
3 rounds, 3 min AMRAP, 2 min rest between rounds
- 10 wall ball
- 10 SDHP
- 10 T2B
After last round, 2 min rest, 400m
Weight/Specs: 14lb, 65lb, row
Result: 60/50/45 + 1:43
Notes: Remember to keep form going down on SDHP. Got my shin a few times, but at least I'm keepin it close to my body :) Felt the row fro the night before, but worked on the breathing Matt said. That will take some practice! WB felt great and T2B sucked b/c I felt like I had NO grip.
