9am Nomad!

WOD: Team effort WOD
- 2 miles*
- 300 air squats
- 200 sit ups
- 100 burpees
* 1 person always running; must do gymnastics moves in order

Result: 19 and change
Notes: Got some good speed under me! Overall felt great. I did a bit of all moves.
