Result: Good question. Between 6 and 8 minutes.
Notes: Not terrible! Haha. Broke up thrusters a little more than I'd like and I didn't string them together which wasted time and energy, but my legs are still sore.. Pull ups were decent, realllyyy need to work on the whole rhythm thing..
