The 3 point clean was legit! Need a bit more practice on power position.

WOD: For time:
- 400m run
- 21 chest to bar pull ups
- 12 thrusters
- 400m
- 15 c2b
- 9 thrusters
- 400m
- 9 c2b
- 6 thrusters

Weight/specs: reg  pull ups, 65lb
Result: 12:07
Notes: Little slower than the KB version last week. Pull ups felt better, but still not strung together.
