WOD: 5 rounds for time
- 10 bench dips
- 15 goblet squats
- 15 alternating lunges

Weight: 35lb
Result: 9:10ish
Notes: Eff the alt lunges, haha! Nice little sprint. Could have gone faster- lunges slowed me down.
