5pm at CrossFit Kryptonite
Strength: 2 position clean, 5 reps at 85%
I did a bit extra... Oops lol. 3 at 60, 5 at 80, 6 at 90.
WOD: For rounds: 5x3min AMRAPS, 1 min rest between rounds
-3 power cleans
-6 push ups
-9 air squats
Weight: 95lb
Result: 18 3/0/0
Notes: first round best, close follow by fifth, then fourth, second and third tied. Woah bruises. What happened to catching on delts?!? Push ups actually good. Legs got hit on the air quats by end of round.
