- 40 ball slams
- 8 squat clean thrusters
- 40 pull ups
- 6 sct
- 40 burpees
- 4 sct
- 40 doubles
- 2 sct
Weight: 30lb, 95lb
Result: 19:34
Notes: Ugly thrusters. I was way in my toes almost the whole night. Ugh. Burpees were the worst part of the workout. GO SLOW AND STEADY! I went super fast for the first set and it wore me out. But I did doubles pretty good. Yayy.
