5:15 at Koa!! (quickly becoming a home away from home...)
Strength: every 30 seconds for 7 minutes, 1 hang squat clean and 1 push press at 70%
(85lb). Felt great. Actually prob a little light for me. But whatever, I wanted form more.
WOD: 4 rounds for time
- 25 hr push ups
- 25 kbs
Weight: 35lb
Result: 12:42
Notes: ugh push ups! Okay overall ;) kbs were kinda ugly and Grady called me out. Need to squeeeeeezzzzeee the handle. Grip strength baby.
