WOD: 5 rounds for time:
- 21 Russian twists
- 15 deadlifts
- 9 back squats
Weight: 15lb, 95lb
Result: 13:50
Notes: really focused on form, took a little longer on the lifts. Wore my new oly shoes- AWESOME! Excited to do my first garage WOD :)
