- 15 burpees
- 12 wall ball
- 9 toes through rings
Specs: 15lb @ 10'
Result: 13:20
Notes: Broke up burpees and wall balls WAY more than I should have. Didn't break up toes through rings at all :) Got blood on my kicks. Sawweeett. Should have this under 10min. Womp..
