- 2min Push ups
- 3min Leg raise and reach
- 4min Air squat
Weight: 95#
Result: 20+41+80+123=264
Notes: AWESOME! Plus I did 41 push ups in 2 minutes. Slow and steady. Know what you can do and "pace", but push!
