Monthly Murph Challenge- 8:30am
WOD: "Murph" For time:
- 1 mile run
- 100 pull ups
- 200 push ups
- 300 air squats
- 1 mile run
Specs: RX'D BABY!!
Result: 60:18
Notes: Ripped open my hands. Did it in rounds of Cindy. Which I think I'll do again. Just need to work on pull ups... those and push ups helps me back. Wayy back. And the final run was super hard! But gained speed at end.
