12pm Home Offsite WOD
WOD: For time:
- 25 burpees
- 25 leg raise
- 25 burpees
- 25 sit ups
- 25 burpees
- 25 leg raise
- 25 burpees
Result: About 13 minutes
Notes: I was relatively slow on burpees. Did leg raise and sit ups w/o breaks. Burpees broke up way more than I would have liked.
