6pm Class
WOD: For time:
- 10 to 1 Thrusters
- 1 to 10 Box jumps
- 50 Jump ropes between rounds (singles)
Weight/Specs: 65#, 20"
Result: 17ish.
Notes: Thought I was done at 15:05, BUT saw Laurie was still doing box jumps and I knew I wasn't ahead of her. After about 20 seconds I figured I must have skipped the 2:9 round, so I completed that and finish right after 17 minutes. Kicked ass in general. I think my thrusters got a lot better towards the end because I was actually paying attention to my core instead of pushing through my shoulders. Jump rope is no joke on squishy floor, ha!
