Pre-WOD: Run 10 minutes


WOD: For distance
Run 10 minutes, do 20 air squats at each minute

Result: Finished. No clue how far I went. But I went further than the 10 minutes I ran "out"
Notes: Really enjoyed it; totally pushed myself harder towards the end and got pretty far.
