WOD: 5 rounds for time
- 10 pull ups
- 15 box jumps
- 20 SL sit ups
- 25 push ups
Specs: red band, 20" (not games standard), push ups on knees
Result: 13:52
Notes: Didn't want to destroy myself before games WOD tomorrow, so took it kinda light on moves. Good work out!
