WOD: Games 12.5! (just to see who improved from last year ;)
7min AMRAP Ladder
- 3 thrusters
- 3 chest to bar pull up
- 6 thrusters
- 6 chest to bar pull ups
- 9... (you get the idea)

Weight: 65#
Result: 71 total reps (12 11/0)
Notes: Thrusters were my saving grace! I dropped off the bar between most pull ups by round of 9s. Overall felt great. I love sprints like this.
