WOD: 4RFT
- 5 turkish get ups, each arm
- 10 weighted sit ups
- 15 wall balls

Weight: 25#, 15#@10'
Result: 15:something. I think. Ha!
Notes: Got rug burn on both my knees... haha! Ugh, my shoulders are SHOT. Very good core workout.
