Day 205, Activity

5pm Class


Strength: Back w/ box week 1
90x5, 100x5, 115x8


WOD: 3 rounds for time
-5 L-sit pull ups
-10 Box jumps with pistol
-15 Power cleans
-200m Run

Weight/Specs: Strict with red, 20", 60#
Result: 12:36
Notes: Switched hand grip for pull ups. Did pistol on top of box, way easier. Power cleans felt great! Probably could have been a bit better if my ankle didn't hurt...
