3 baby back ribs from Porky's, 2 cup salad with cukes, tomatoes, peppers, onion, and carrots- oil and balsamic dressing, 1/2 cup vegetables
1 cup water
Snack
1/2 carrot stick, 1/2 tbs sunseed butter
