Day 261, Food

Breakfast
2 eggs, 2 tbs cheddar cheese, 1 leek, 1/4 avocado
16oz tea
Snack
2oz sliced almonds, 1 plum
some grapes and pineapple (maybe 1/2 cup)
Water
Lunch
4oz flank steak, 1 potabello mushroom cap, 1 leek, 1/2 cup steamed snow peas with butter
Water
Snack
1/2 apple, 1 1/2oz walnuts
Coffee (mosly decaf, with cinnnamon)
Dinner
3oz tilapia filet, 3 new potatoes, roasted in olive oil
5oz white wine
1 carrot, 6 celery pieces, 2 tbs almond butter
