Did push jerks for last rep... oops... not paying attention. very low dip, though.

- 25 KBS
- 15 Toes to bar
- 10 lateral Burpees over KB
Weight: 35# KB
Result: 17:27
Notes: KBS made it hard to hold bar on T2B. Overall good, though. Burpees were like the "rest" period, haha!
