Snack
1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/3 cup strawberries, 2 tbs sliced almonds
Dinner
1 celery stick, 1 tbs cashew butter
4oz bacon cheddar burger, 1 big lettuce leaf, 1 tbs BBQ sauce, 1/2 cup coconut cauliflower rice, 1 cup steamed sugar snap peas
4oz red wine
