Snack
1 peach, 2oz brazil nuts
1 celery stick, 1 tbs cashew butter
Dinner
6oz london broil steak, 1 cup sauteed swiss chard with garlic and oil and pec romano cheese, 1 LARGE sweet potato with 1 tbs butter
5oz cab sauv
Dessert
Small Maggimoo's ice cream- carrot cake, moocha, walnuts, and hot fudge
