4oz burger with cheese, 1/4 chicken breast, 4 leaves lettuce, 1/2 cup guac, 1 fuji apple

Snack
6 strawberries
1 pear, 2oz mixed nuts, 1 mini laughing cow cheese

Dinner
6oz flank steak, 1/2 cup mixed veggies and 1/3 cup rissotto with peas, and 1/4 avocado
