Day 44, Food

Breakfast
3 eggs, 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms, 1/2 tomato, 1 tbs olive oil, 1/4 avocado
20oz black coffee
Snack
1/2 banana, 1/3 cup almonds and cashews, .5oz jerky
16oz green tea
Lunch
2 cups coconut shrimp bisque soup and 1/4 avocado
Water
Snack
1 coconut snack thingy from Puerto Rico
5 strawberries (big) and 2 tbs almond butter
10 almonds
Water
Dinner
Meatloaf- 1/2lb ground venison, 1/2 carrots, 1/2 small onion, 1/2 garlic clove, 1 1/2 slices bacon
1/4 avocado, 1 banana muffin
