1 cup pulled pork with melted cheddar cheese, 1 ear of smoked sweet corn, a little less than 1 cup of butternut squash and mushroom risotto
Snack
Swipe of vanilla banana chip ice cream, 4 chunks of pineapple
about 10 cherries
6oz cottage cheese, 1 banana, 2oz roasted walnuts
"Dinner"
2 mini pieces of pita chips, 1 1/2 tbs guac
about 9 tortilla chips, 2 tbs almond butter
5oz red wine
