Back squat
Farmer carry walking lunges w/kb

Weight: 95lb, 35lb (so 70 all together)
Result: 5:51
Notes: Need to keep my butt BACK

And I did handstand shoulder touches against wall. And a handstand on top of kettlebells.

And three chin ups :)
