Day 2 21DSD

Breakfast
3 egg omelet with 1 small eggplant and 1 tbs coconut milk cooked in 2 tbs olive oil
Green tea

Lunch
3oz chicken with summer squash, pepper, and onion cooked in olive oil (about 1/2 cup cooked veg)

Dinner 1 (post WOD)
Pork chops- 6oz grilled chicken breast with veggies (broc cauli and carrots) in olive oil

Dinner 2
Decaf green tea, handful of cherry tomatoes
6oz london broil, 1/2 cup sweet potatoes and onions and bacon, 3 cups salad with olive oil and balsamic
Sip of woodchick green apple cider.


Lotsa water throughout the day


So- technically, cheat again. With bacon and woodchuck cider. But it wasn't much, I swear!!!
