3 egg omelet with 1 cup eggplant, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, 2 tbs olive oil, 1/4 avocado
Green tea
Post WOD
2 hardboiled eggs, 1 small tomato
Lunch
5oz chicken breast, 2 small roasted tomatoes, 2 small roasted leeks
Dinner
Big ol hunk of salmon- 7-8oz? Small garden salad with olive oil and balsamic dressing, sauteed spinach with garlic (I'm sure not cooked in coconut or olive oil), summer squash and carrots (I'm sure smoothered in butter...*sigh*)
Decaf tea
Water- at least 80oz throughout day.
