3 egg patties (? I don't know either...), 3 bacon strips (same as yesterday... def not kosher. but choices extremely limited)

Lunch
2 big pieces of kale, 2 slices salami, 2oz ham, 2oz chicken breast, 2oz roast beef, a few slices tomato
Snack
4 hardboiled eggs, 1 tomato
Dinner (post WOD, super late)
4.5oz Perdue short cuts chicken, 10oz bag steamed organic veggies, 1/2 avocado, 1 tbs olive oil, about 5 olives
Water throughout day- 70oz
I'm definitely running ketosis right now. And I was super cranky all day. Except the WOD. And food shopping. Everything else sucked.
