3 egg omelet with 1/2 cup grilled-then-sauteed zucchini in 2 tbs olive oil, 2 slices maple cured bacon (yes, sigh, cheat again...)
Decaf green tea
Snack
1oz chicken breast, radish
...lil bit later...
1 tbs coconut oil, 1oz chicken breast, 1 cup salad with olive oil and balsamic
Lunch
4oz burger with piece of romaine lettuce and tomatoes
Dinner
4.5oz salmon filet in Jamaican Jerk seasoning, 1 cup steamed napa cabbage with 1 tbs olive oil
Half a carrot
Lotsa water throughout the day. Average is 60oz I'd guess.
