Almost done. Almost done. Really, I just want some almond butter. F the fruit. Not really, I want that too. It's been tough. I'll have a whole breakdown of what I've noticed about myself since this diet shindig.
Breakfast
3 egg omelet with 1/2 small onion, 1/2 smallish red pepper (about 1/2 cup in total), 2 tbs olive oil, 1/4 avocado
Green tea
Lunch
1 can sardines in olive oil, 1 small tomato, 1/2 medium cuke, 1 small green pepper, 1/2 avocado
Snack
Hardboiled egg, piece of carrot, 4 olives stuffed with orange peel
Dinner
1 cup small roasted baby potatoes, about 1.5 cups of chicken, carrots, and onions (mostly chicken- dark meat)
Water throughout day- 60oz
