Green tea
Lunch
2 cups worth of roasted baby potatoes and chicken with onions and carrots, 1/4 avocado
Snack
1 hardboiled egg, 1 tomato
Dinner
1 cup chicken with onions and carrots, 1 tomato, 1/2 avocado
Water throughout day- 60oz
