Breakfast
3 egg omelet with 2 tomatillos, 2 olives, 1 tbs coconut oil
Green tea
Lunch
3 cup salad with 6oz chicken, 1/4 cup cucumber, 1/4 cup diced pepper, oil and balsamic dressing
Handful of grape tomatoes
Snack
Skin from the baked sweet potato, little bit of coconut milk- less than a tbs in total...
Dinner
Big ol steak- 14oz at least, 1/3 grilled acorn squash (about 2/3 cup)
2 cups salad with diced peppers, oil and balsamic dressing, and 1 thick slice of tomato (about 1/4 cup)
Dessert
SWEET POTATO ICE CREAM!! Thank you Juli Bauer :) About 1/2 cup. It's just sweet potato, coconut milk, and cinnamon. Delish.
Snack
1 carrot stick
Water throughout day- 70oz
