- 5 pull ups
- 10 clapping push ups (I subbed box jumps after 2nd round)
- 15 OHS
Weight: 45;b
Result: 7
Notes: Way too much shoulder, not good to have the OHS followed by pull ups. Still can't really feel my left arm :(
