Hope I don't forget anything...
Breakfast
3 egg omelet with 2/3 cup eggplant, 2 tbs olive oil, chives, 1 tbs coconut milk
Green tea
Lunch (post WOD)
Bunch of cut up veggies, and *gasp* a little bit of the ranch dressing spilled onto them...
8oz burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, and avocado, little lettuce side salad with carrots and *gasp* sliced almonds. Not many, though... dressed in olive oil
Lotsa water. Yep. 40oz at least thus far in the day.
Snack
Hardboiled egg, carrot stick, coconut oil, 2 olives
Dinner
The most DELICIOUS parm-less chicken parm EVER! About 4oz, coated in coconut flour, pan seared then baked with homemade tomato sauce. Steamed napa cabbage on the side.
