WOD: Tabata Something...
- Pull ups
- Ring dips
- Sit ups
- Air squats
Specs: All kinds of banded assistance on ring dips, ha!
Result: 5,5,10,16
Notes: Oz suggested stationary dips next time... might do that! Sit ups were super consistent at 11 (the one round I didn't make it up in time) and air squats I capped at 16 except the last round.
