95x5, 145x5, 165x3, 190x1, 200x1, 225xF, 220x1.
Wow, now looking at my weight scheme, wtf was I thinking? I was doing it on the fly. Bad idea. And not great form, either...

WOD: For time:
- 50 KBS
- 40 box jump
- 30 DL
- 20 Shoulder to overhead
- 10 double unders

Weight/Specs: 45lb, 24", 155lb, 95lb
Result: 16:22
Notes: DL and STO killed my time. Couldn't do too many in a row. 5 each round for jerks (and not great jerks, either) and DL was 5, 3, than 2. Back not great, but not horrendous. 155 is just a touch too heavy for me to rep out.
