3 egg omelet with spinach and ham (not sure what kind of oil cooked in :-/ )
Green tea x2
Lunch
3 cups salad with 1 sliced tomato, 4,5oz chicken, 4 olives with orange peel, 1.5 tbs olive oil
Dinner (super late, like 10 hours later...ahh!)
8ish pepper strips with probably 2 tbs guacamole (store bought)
*gasp* pumpkin ale. I know. Huge cheat. But it was SOO good.
5oz grilled steak, 4 slices grilled tomatoes with garlic, 8 spears grilled asparagus
About 40oz water
