Breakfast
Big ol' portion of "scrambled eggs" and *gasp* 5 medallion slices of maple cured sausage links. I had a rough night... it just seemed to make it a little better. But I didn't eat all of the ones on my plate... :-/
Black tea
Lunch
3 cup salad with 4.5oz chicken, 1/3 avocado, 1 small tomato, 1/4 cup mixed marinated veggies and olives, 1 tbs olive oil
Black tea with lemon
Snack
1 hardboiled egg and 1 egg white, 1 small tomato
Dinner
2 cup salad with 1/2 cup mix of marinated asparagus, artichokes, and olives, 1/3 avocado, 1 tbs olive oil, 4.5oz chicken
Decaf tea
Water throughout day- 40oz
