Day 7 21DSD

Breakfast
3 egg omelet with 1 cup eggplant, 1 tbs coconut milk, 2 tbs olive oil, herbs, 1/3 avocado
Green tea

Snack
Hardboiled egg, 5 slices of green pepper, 1/2 carrot stick

Lunch
Rest of the pepper, 1/2 carrot stick, 1 tomato, 1/3 avocado, 3.75oz sardines

Dinner
16oz bag of brussels sprouts, 4.5oz chicken, 1tbs olive oil, 4 olives stuffed with orange peel
Chamomile tea

About 40oz water
