Well. I almost need to start over. I mean, not terrible, but cheat. Yes. Cheater.
Breakfast
3 egg omelet with 1 cup eggplant, 2 tbs olive oil, 1/4 avocado, 1 small tomato
Green tea
Lunch
2 cup salad (spinach, greens, carrots) with 1 small tomato, 1/4 green pepper, 4 olives, 3oz chicken, 2 tbs olive oil
Snack (post WOD)
2 hardboiled eggs, 1 small tomato
Dinner (aka cheat, kinda...)
2 glasses of wine. Yes! I said it! TWO! Wonderful, delicious, succulent glasses of Pinot Noir. I won't be able to drink with my Lori again for quite a few months. I think that was a good excuse.
14oz ribeye, 5 grilled asparagus spears, 2/3 cup veggies (smothered in butter, I think...)
About 60oz water throughout the day
