Day 17 21DSD

Kayy, so this was a few days ago... hope I remember all ;)

Breakfast
3 egg omelet with 2/3 cup zucchini, 1 tbs coconut oil, 1/2 avocado

Lunch
Handful grape tomatoes
3 cup salad with 1/4 cup cukes, 1/4 cup diced pepper, 1/4 cup sliced grape tomatoes, 6oz grilled chicken, oil and balsamic dressing, 1/2 avocado
White tea

Snacks (galoreeee)
12 small/medium shrimp, 10 pepper strips with 2 tbs homemade salsa, 3 tbs store bought guac, 1 slice salami
4 drinks- 1 frozen margarita (tequila, lime, agave), 1 tequila, coconut milk, lime and club, and 2 tequila, lime, and club

Dinner
2 ribs (no sauce), 1/2 chicken breast, 1/2 sausage link, 1/2 cup peppers and onions, 1 cup lettuce with oil and red wine vinegar
Some zucchini ribbons and grape tomato halves (1/2 cup in total, maybe), about 6 little strips of salami, about 1oz in total

Water throughout day- good question. 60oz? 80?
