3 "egg patties", 1 sausage patty

Lunch
1 bag shredded veggies- broc, cauli, carrots, and radicchio- I think 10oz, 1/3 avocado, 4.5oz chicken, 1 tbs olive oil
Snack
1 carrot stick, 1 hardboiled egg, 1/6 avocado
Dinner
1 Chicken leg (thigh and drumstick) with skin, ~2/3 cup roasted baby potatoes (yes, white potatoes. Don't judge)
Water throughout the day- 40 oz
