Breakfast
3 eggs, 1/2 cup mushrooms, 2 scallions, 1/4 avocado, 1 tbs olive oil
20oz black coffee
Snack
6 strawberries and 1 tbs sunflower seed butter
10oz green tea
Lunch
1.5 cups chicken vegetable soup
6oz green tea
