Afternoon Snack
2 Stalks of celery
1 tbs almond butter
Dinner
1 Chicken thigh, roasted with olive oil and seasonings
1 cup cooked kale, roasted with olive oil and seasonings
1 cup baby carrots
12oz Green tea
Late evening snack
1oz mixed nuts
3oz Merlot
